FALL OF AMERICA. FALL OF THE WEST

America has fallen, never to rise again to its former glory and strength. It is as what happened to the glory and splendor of Rome. I have wept about this, and reading now some of the Christian commentators trying to put the typical 'let's not lose hope' seal upon what has happened, I believe this will only speed up this degradation of America's society..

Revolution

During the last 30 years we Americans have been so politically divided that some of us have called this left-right, liberal-conservative split a "culture war" or even a "second Civil War." These descriptions are no longer accurate. The precise, technical word for what is happening in the United States today is revolution. Read Full Article

Welcome to Casualty Friday

Have you noticed that the Obama Administration has been rolling out their pro-abortion policies on Friday afternoons? It seems like Casualty Friday is now the ongoing strategy of the Obama Administration.

Just this past Friday afternoon the Obama Administration unveiled new guidelines from the National Institute for Health (NIH) that allow your tax dollars to fund human embryonic stem cell research. And this is just the latest anti-Life policy that the Obama Administration has rolled out on a Friday afternoon- when they think no one is looking.

Please donate to the Susan B. Anthony List today to help expose these radical Friday afternoon decisions.

Just take a look at these three major anti-life initiatives that were all announced on Friday afternoons this year:

1) Mexico City Policy Repeal- On Friday, January 23rd, President Obama signed an order overturning the pro-life Mexico City Policy. This decision was announced only two days after thousands converged on Washington for the annual March for Life. Obama’s reversal of the pro-life Mexico City Policy allows millions of your taxpayer dollars to fund international abortion providers like Planned Parenthood.

2) Rollback of Conscience Protections for Medical Professionals- On Friday, February 27th, the Obama Administration announced its intention to undo important conscience protection rules for doctors, nurses and other medical providers. Now health care workers who choose to follow their conscience and refuse to participate in abortion procedures will have little recourse if they are discriminated against by their employer.

3) Embryonic Stem Cell Executive Order- On Friday March 6th, President Obama announced he was going to sign an executive order allowing for taxpayer funding for human embryonic stem cell research, despite the fact that this type of research has shown no signs of success. He also completely reversed previous policy directing federal dollars toward ethical stem cell research that does not destroy innocent human life.

Why have all these things been announced on Friday afternoons? Because the Obama Administration is hoping no one will really pay attention as people head out to start their weekends.

White House Confirms It Got 2 Million Red Envelopes

Catholic Notre Dame Will Award Pro-Abortion Obama an Honorary Law Degree

The University of Notre Dame announced on Friday that it will award President Barack Obama an honorary law degree and that Obama will give the principal address at the university’s May 17th commencement ceremony.

Obama supports abortion on demand, government funding of abortion, government funding of stem cell research that kills human embryos, legally granting same-sex unions all the rights and privileges of marriage, and repealing the federal Defense of Marriage Act that protects states from being forced to recognize same-sex marriages contracted in other states as they otherwise might be compelled to under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution.

New Stem Cell Advance is Both Ethical and Safe But Embryo Drive Continues

(CNSNews.com) – As the scientific world ponders another breakthrough in developing stem cell therapies that do not involve the destruction of human embryos, lawmakers in the U.S. and elsewhere are pushing ahead with measures facilitating the use of embryonic stem cells.

Ethicists and pro-life opponents of embryonic stem cell (ESC) research say that the rapidly advancing science has demolished the arguments of those justifying sourcing cells from embryos. The debate, they say, is over.

ESC advocates disagree, insisting that embryonic cells remain the “gold standard” in stem cell research.

The biggest challenge yet to ESC research emerged in November 2007, when scientists in Japan and the U.S. reported that ordinary human skin cells can be reprogrammed into a new kind of cell – an induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell – that shares an ESC’s potential to develop into other types of cell such as blood, brain and muscle.

The discovery, which built on earlier pioneering work on mice by Japanese Prof. Shinya Yamanaka, was revolutionary, calling into question the need to obtain embryos – whether donated after IVF treatment, or cloned in a laboratory – and to destroy them.

Hope for Pro-Lifers: Obama Administration Overreaches on Abortion Funding

President Obama may very well be supplying an "overreach" moment for the right to life movement by attempting to require taxpayers to fully fund abortions in federal programs and the domestic and international abortion industries themselves. This "abortion industry bailout" during a time of acute economic crisis is a dramatic overreach that far outstrips citizens' public opinion.

‘Personhood’ Bill Advances in North Dakota

- A pro-life group is hailing a victory in what it calls the "personhood movement."

On Tuesday, the North Dakota House of Representatives passed a bill conferring equality and inherent constitutional rights on "all human beings from the beginning of their biological development, including the pre-born, partially born…"

The Personhood of Children Act passed on a 51-41 vote. It is considered a first step toward banning abortion in the state -- a direct challenge to the U.S. Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade ruling.

The American Life League is casting this as a civil rights issue.
