The top 10 violations of the Constitution by Obama and the 111th Congress
At the close of the 111th Congress, America is deeply in the bog of Thomas Jefferson’s prophetic warning: “The two enemies of the people are
criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”
Unfortunately, the broken chains of the Constitution have failed to contain the federal government.

The Other Way to Repeal Obamacare
The New York Times reports that incoming House majority leader Eric Cantor (R., Va.) and legislative leaders in 12 states are backing a repeal amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
The proposed amendment, launched by Georgetown law professor Randy Barnett, would empower two-thirds of the states, acting through their legislatures, to repeal any federal law or regulation.

GOP leaders demand laws be constitutional
At the height of her campaigning for President Obama's plan to nationalize health-care decision-making, outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi famously quipped,
"Are you serious? Are you serious?" when asked about its constitutionality.
But that question won't need to be asked in the coming Congress, where Republicans will hold the majority in the House, because of a rule being proposed by Speaker-designate
John Boehner and other Republicans that would require those proposing legislation to cite the constitutional authority for the plan.

Democrats' Losses Could Grow in 2012
It’s something of a professional hazard to make predictions this far out before the next election. Witness Karl Rove’s anticipation early in the Bush years of a
permanent Republican majority, or James Carville’s boast in early 2009 that Democrats would dominate the political landscape for the next 40 years – a prediction off by 38 years.

A Lame-Duck Congress Stuck on Stupid
In his marvelous book "Decision Points," former President George W. Bush cites the comment of a general during a review of flagging American policy in Iraq. Bush quotes the general as saying, "Don't get stuck on stupid." U.S. strategy there, he said, needed changing to something different and more successful.
The Democratic Congress is now embarked on a lame-duck session that ought to be history's last.
This is the same Congress that gave the nation a program of socialized medicine it doesn't want and various "stimulus" measures that haven't worked -- spending measures
that hardly have nudged the needle on unemployment or economic recovery.

Senate Bill S 510 Food Safety Modernization Act vote imminent: Would outlaw gardening and saving seeds
Senate Bill 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act, has been called "the most dangerous bill in the history of the United States of America."
It would grant the U.S. government new authority over the public's right to grow, trade and transport any foods. This would give Big brother the power to regulate
the tomato plants in your backyard. It would grant them the power to arrest and imprison people selling cucumbers at farmer's markets. It would criminalize the
transporting of organic produce if you don't comply with the authoritarian rules of the federal government.

2010 Elections: Where To Go From Here
The sheer enormity of the 2010 mid-term elections has caused disfavored political players to scramble and posture. Some who only a few years ago had believed their
agenda to be the wave of the future now find themselves relegated to the political fringe, while a resurgence of traditional Americanism is proving to be the force that defines and
dominates the political landscape

Take the Pledge, or Walk the Plank
As congressmen and senators face the electorate next week, millions of votes will turn on one simple question: Did he (she) take the pledge? The pledge to repeal Obamacare.
In recent weeks, Democratic candidates have been profuse in their determination to "fix" Obamacare. West Virginia Gov. Joe Manchin ran an ad saying he
was going to repeal "the bad parts of Obamacare." With such sleight-of -and efforts to blunt the GOP's best issue, the question needs to be put to all
incumbents and their challengers: Are you willing to take the pledge?

The Limbaugh Rule: Vote for Most Conservative Candidate in Primary
Well, the big election in Delaware today is bringing out people on both sides, on the Republican side, on both sides of this. It is most unfortunate what is going on because
in my mind, you know, I was telling you about this dinner party I went to on Saturday night where the host threw out the question: "One a scale of one to ten, ten meaning the country's finished,
one meaning, hey, we're in fat city, where do you think the country is?" And a prominent person said, "I think we're at an eight."

We Now Have A Total Gangster Government
Glenn Beck: The Letter
GLENN: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona. She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership: I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life.
Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer
feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me.

TIT FOR TAT - LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD
At no time in American history, has the government been so corrupt, so anti-American, so abusive, so hateful, so petty, so greedy in it’s lust for
power & control, as we have seen out of the 111th Congress, an illegal president, federal agencies as well as so many state governments, since the
20th of January, 2009.

Who Are They
We have allowed a relatively small group of people to seize the powers of government for their own selfish purposes. Our elected representatives have turned
over our government and it's coercive powers to private transnational corporate interests that have absolutely no allegiance to this country. In fact, they are
systematically destroying our nation to achieve their global agenda. Through their control of our government they have been able to impose their will on all of us.
This control of government also extends to the take over the monetary system, the media, health care, agriculture, education, and the military, virtually everything at
this point.
